Both Oklahoma natives, Arian Davis and Destiny Warrior founded Speedwell Consulting after working closely together in the non-profit sector for several years. The pair realized they could make an even greater impact working directly with community stakeholders to help them secure and develop the resources needed to make lasting change.

Arian Davis
Arian has a background in cultural anthropology and brings an innate curiosity about peoples and cultures to all of her work. She has worked in university settings as a qualitative researcher, managed large federal grants for public institutions, and provided a variety of services to non-profits spanning housing security, environmental justice, and education. She believes that every community has a story to tell and is passionate about translating those stories in resources and action that benefit the greater good.
Destiny Warrior
Destiny Warrior has an extensive background in education, civic engagement, and community development. She is an accomplished project manager, grant writer, and grant reviewer with experience evaluating grants for both community foundations and federal agencies. This perspective gives her a deep understanding of effective program design, measurable outcomes, and the importance of equitable resource distribution.
As a former social studies and English teacher, Destiny developed a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling and historical context in shaping understanding and inspiring action. Her teaching experience honed her ability to craft compelling narratives, communicate complex ideas clearly, and connect diverse audiences through shared values and vision. These skills now inform her work in community development and grant writing, where she uses narrative as a tool to highlight impact and drive meaningful change.
